Business Operations Intern

- Prepare loan contracts and support disbursement documentation.
- Work with partner banks on account opening, disbursement, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to handle arising issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor upcoming payment due dates, remind customers, and support repayment follow-up.
- Track post-approval conditions and ensure all requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Other adhoc tasked as assigned.

Final year/under graduated/post graduated from University in Banking/ Fintech
Able to intern full time for 6 months, Mon-Fri (9 am - 6 pm) at The Sarus Building, 67 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ben Thanh Ward, D1, HCMC
A team player with dedication
Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Able to use English, Communication skills
Analytical and detail oriented
Flexibility to support other operational teams when required
