Mô tả công việc
Manage Power BI Report System:
• Hand-on-hand PBI Reports development based on business requirements
• Identify and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient data collection, transformation, and visualization.
• Establish data governance standards, implement business data model.
• Identify and implement best practices for report development and user adoption.
Lead Data Support Team:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Data Support Agents who create Power BI reports based on business requirements.
• Ensure efficient task delegation and prioritization within the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for Data Support Agents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with the Sector IT team on Sales Strategy Development's projects based on business requirements.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between business and Sector IT teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence, data analytics, and machine learning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
Other Tasks:
• Ad-hoc reports development based on business needs (Excel, other formats..)
• Data Automation Tools development
• Other tasks to support business assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Business Information System / Business / Accountant.
2. Required Functional skills & job knowledge:
• 5-years experience in Sales/ Marketing / IT for Commercial.
• 3-years experience in Sales automation system management
• 3-years relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/ Nutrition/ Foods industry
• Experience in Power BI And Sales Automation Systems (DMS, MT System...).
• Good at English
• Good knowledge of Automation Tools, Workflows.
• Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness concepts
• Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making
