• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting, or
Business Development.
• A proven track record of independently building business plans from scratch and successfully scaling business models.
• Deep industry familiarity within Fintech, Digital Payments, POS networks, SaaS, Banking, or high-growth Tech sectors.
• Extensive experience interacting with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business modeling, financial modeling, market sizing, and commercial planning.
SKILLS
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven, business-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high pressure environment.
• Advanced Strategic Thinking: Exceptional capacity to see the big picture and break down complex market dynamics into structured business logic.
• Independent Capability: Proven track record of working independently to design and execute business plans from scratch with minimal supervision. Must possess an independent mindset, a wealth of innovative ideas, and a deep passion for business strategy.
