As our Business Strategy and Operations Analyst, you will be the right-hand of our Sales Operations Manager in driving business strategy and operations initiatives to the business. You have a keen numerical sense, an eye for the details and enjoy problem-solving. You get excited by discussions around business strategies and delivering your initiatives to meet the business goals.
What you will do:
Operational Efficiency: Identifying areas for operational improvement and optimization, developing strategies and recommendations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Project Management Support: Providing project management support for strategic initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with operational execution and drive organizational success.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitoring and evaluating business processes and performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
CRM Management: working closely with Product team to manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases, including data entry, updates, and maintenance, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer information. Contributing to the enhancement of CRM systems.
Sales Tools and Technology: evaluating, implementing and managing sales tools and technologies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. This may include sales automation software, sales enablement platforms, data analytics tools, and other technology solutions that support the sales process.
Sales Forecasting and Planning: collaborating with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts, set sales targets, and create sales plans. Analyse historical data, market trends, and other factors to project future sales performance.

Financial Acumen: Possesses a solid understanding of financial principles and proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
Adaptability: Adapts quickly to changing priorities and business needs, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
