About the Role
Support strategy, international
business development, sales operations, project management, and cross-functional initiatives. This versatile role suits a curious, adaptable self-starter who can research unfamiliar topics, connect information across disciplines, and turn incomplete information into practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Strategy & Research - Analyze industries, markets, customers, competitors, technologies, and growth opportunities; prepare feasibility, risk, cost-benefit, and decision-support analyses.
• Sales Operations & Development - Research prospective customers and partners; support customer inquiries, proposals, presentations, follow-ups, and improvements to sales processes and reporting.
• Project Management - Coordinate with Sales,
Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, and SCM; track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• AI & Digital Improvement - Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools for research, analysis, and workflow improvement; prototype simple applications, dashboards, and automations; verify outputs and protect confidential information.
• International Collaboration - Support overseas market research, partnerships, cross-cultural communications, English-language materials, and international visits; assess local business practices and relevant requirements.
• Education - Bachelor's degree. Social Sciences, Humanities, Philosophy, Political Science, International Relations, Psychology, and Economics are especially encouraged; Business, Engineering, and other disciplines are welcome.
• Judgment & Adaptability - Critical thinking, practical problem-solving, independent research, sound judgment, learning agility, and ability to structure ambiguous assignments.
• Communication - Fluent spoken and written English; clear reporting, teamwork, accountability, integrity, and cultural awareness.
• Digital Capability - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; willingness to learn AI tools, test digital solutions, and verify their accuracy. Formal
software engineering experience is not required.
• Business Interest - Willingness to understand manufacturing operations, supply chains, quality requirements, commercial processes, and cross-departmental impact.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or internships in purchasing/procurement, project management, sales, business development, or strategy; electronics/automotive/EMS manufacturing exposure; international or multicultural experience; AI-assisted prototypes or research; additional Korean or Chinese proficiency.
