Mô tả công việc
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team to support the implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning System and a new Human Resources system, Cadena. This position requires a unique blend of financial accounting expertise, technology systems knowledge, and HR system experience to ensure a successful implementation and seamless integration with our existing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Dynamics 365 and Cadena HR systems
- Analyze the current processes of finance, procurement, payroll, and human resources and recommend solutions in these modules of Dynamics 365 and Cadena HR to meet the needs of the organization
- Review and refine all necessary master data for new system implementations
- Manage the testing and validation of system changes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain documentation of the system configuration, processes, and procedures
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 and Cadena HR systems, including conducting end-user training sessions
- Monitor the performance of the systems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Stay current with developments in Dynamics 365, Cadena HR, and other related financial and HR systems technologies
- Investigate, troubleshoot and/or escalate issues as they arise in support of modules within the ERP
- Champion the use of ERP systems and seek out improvements for the end user experience
- Performs administrative data analysis tasks, which includes compiling and cleaning data, processing and modeling data, analyzing data and data manipulation.

Requirements:
i. Education / qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Information Technology with experience in both domains
- 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, technology systems, and human resources
ii. Technical requirements
- Strong experience in implementing Dynamics 365 and HR systems, with a focus on financial, payroll, and human resources modules
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, Procurement, HR, IT, and business operations
- Deep understand business processes including enrolment and revenue collection process, procurement to payment process, record to report process, financial statements, inventory, fixed assets, payroll & other HR related processes
- Deep understanding of international and Vietnamese accounting standards, accounting principles and payroll regulations.
- Experience with refining financial master data management.
- Experience documenting system configuration, processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver training for end users.
