Company Overview:
Unique Furniture A/S is a global leader in furniture supply, with our headquarters in Denmark and branches worldwide. As we continue to experience rapid growth in various markets, we are looking for motivated candidates interested in pursuing a career in the international furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage orders from sample development to shipping, including:
• Job requires visiting to suppliers, host oversea team and customer for business trips.
• Be able to manage multiple projects in different categories with assigned by Buyer Manager to the head office in Denmark and suppliers.
• Well understand customer demands in different markets, identify and select appropriate suppliers.
• Communicate directly with the head office in Denmark and manage projects catch deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members, factories, and Quality Assurance to ensure sample and production quality meets customer's standards.
• Follow samples and delivery sample and project on time.
• Work closely with the factory supervisor and our Technical/Business teams to ensure timely shipment coordination.
Yêu cầu
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in trading company.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong time management skills and self-independent work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and the internet.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High responsibility, honestly, maturity, teamwork and flexibility.
• Strong negotiation skill, knowledge of market pricing and costing.
• Experience with indoor and outdoor furniture is a significant advantage.
