Job Description
Perform time attendance, calculate salary, bonus, OT, allowance and ensure pay right, enough, on time.
Manage social insurance, health insurance, social insurance, personal income tax and labor-related regimes.
Develop and update compensation, benefits, incentive / commission policies in accordance with the company orientation.
Monitor and ensure C &
B activities comply with labor laws.
Manage records, personnel data and operate the time attendance - leave - salary calculation process on Excel / Google Sheets / HRIS.
Monitor and control personnel costs, salaries and benefits according to budget.
Coordinate to handle issues related to labor contracts, regimes, policies and employee benefits.
Assisted in the management of a number of office administrative tasks: property, stationery, suppliers and internal logistics.
Working time: 8h00 - 17h00, lunch break 12h00 - 13h00 from Monday - Friday.
Location: CT3 Yen Hoa Park View, 3 Vu Pham Ham, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay.
2. Requirement
Graduate from University majoring in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
