Administer monthly payroll, including salary calculation, allowances, bonuses, deductions, PIT (personal income tax), social insurance, and other statutory contributions.
Manage employee benefits programs: insurance, leave entitlements, health check, and employee welfare.
Support the development and review of compensation structures, salary scales, and benefit schemes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company policies.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately and confidentially.
Coordinate with relevant departments and third-party providers (e.g., insurance, tax agencies) to resolve C&B-related issues.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Participate in compensation surveys and market benchmarking exercises.
Support annual performance review processes, bonus and salary review cycles.
Provide timely reporting and analysis on payroll, headcount, and compensation costs.
Support internal audits and respond to data/report requests from management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in C&B, payroll, or HR operations.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, PIT, and social insurance regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
