JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in activities related to employee compensation and benefits.
Participate in the monthly payroll process, including collecting attendance data, calculating allowances and deductions.
Support the management of employee records, updating compensation and benefit information.
Assist in the development and implementation of company compensation and benefit policies.
Support the management of social insurance and health insurance.
Other HR administrative tasks.

Yêu cầu

Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits
Proficiency in office computer skills, especially Excel.
Careful, meticulous, responsible, and a strong learning spirit.
Good teamwork and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
