We are looking for a C&B Specialist for our Group
We are a Group including: VNSHOP, KARAVAN, PHONG VU COMPUTER and UMBALA, belongs to VNLIFE Group. HR Division, with more than 30 people, operates as shared service model and serve 4 companies with about 1500 headcounts

Key Responsibilities
· Well control C&B activities in term of Social Insurance contribution, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
· Be responsible for salary & benefit budgeting and reporting/analysis, producing different scenarios for management team.
· Manage HRM system to ensure related employee data, timesheet, movement and payment history
· Partner with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to implement compensation, benefits and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business results.
· Be responsible for incentive development, including relevant reports for Management decision to ensure timely and correctly.
· Support activities related with employee relations
· Support other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu
Requirements
· More than 4 years of working experience in HR/ Compensation & Benefits. Experience in Retails is preferred.
· Deadline and detailed oriented with driving best practice
· Strong critical thinking, communication
· Good at Analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, organizational skill,
· Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
· Good English communication is an advantage
