Mô tả công việc
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Contract & data base
Prepare labor contracts and C&B related documents.
Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal.
Support the TA in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of
employee's personal profile.
2. Payroll
Coordinate with the department to get an approved timesheet for monthly
payroll.
Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment.
Process monthly payroll payment.
Send monthly pay slips to employees.
3. Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Work closely with new employee and Recruitment team to open the new PIT
code for new employee.
Submit monthly PIT to Tax System and Finance monthly.
Guide to employee about the dependent registration procedure and submit to Tax.
Prepare data for yearly PIT finalization as required from direct manager.
Social, health, accident and unemployment insurance (SHUI)
Follow the company rule and law required to prepare the data for monthly
increase /decrease report on time.
Receive the Health insurance card and new SI book and make sure to deliver
to employee.
Closed SI book, make report to submit to SHUI Dept., and return to resigned
employee.
4. Others
Generate and submit periodic reports to local authorities at their requests.
Other relevant tasks following Head of HR's requests
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in similar role
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
Good communication skills, good initiation, and negotiation skills
High attention to detail
Understand Labor law, Social Insurance Law, HR policies and procedures
Well-organized, critical thinking, skills in establishing priorities and managing
workload
High skills in MS Office
