Proceeding timesheet, payroll, bonuses, and allowances in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Organizing, storing, and carefully perserving employee records, and other documents related to employee's information, salary and bonus.
Continuously monitoring and updating data on PIT, SMUI, healthcare insurance and legal documents for timely correction.
Handling labor contract, performance evaluations, and promotions related to C&B matters.
Providing guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
Preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision- making.
Managing employee benefits, including healthcare insurance, social insurance, and other welfare programs.
Conducting salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Administering and updating salary structures, benefit programs, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
Yêu cầu
Requirement
[Required]
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience in C&B roles.
Excellent in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Experience with report writing and data analytics.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
[Preferred]
Proficiency in Korean language (advanced level - TOPIK 5 or above preferred).
Working experience in IT company.
Strong Excel skills, ability to generate structured reports with deep analysis.
