c++ Software Developers linux

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with an interest in media streaming.

You will be part of a team of experienced developers specialized in video streaming. Together with the team, you will design and build cutting edge products and functionality - enabling new innovative ways of watching streaming TV for millions of people.

In your daily work, you will develop code and make the right design judgements in solutions relating to MPEG2-TS, RTSP and much else connected to modern streamed media. Technologies you will be using are typically C++, Python, Linux.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Troubleshoot issues, suggest and provide solutions for released feature
• Pre-study, design and implement new feature
• Continuously improve together with the team
• Actively contribute to our customer satisfaction

A University qualification in Software Engineering or a related degree with:

Must have:

• At least 3 years' experience working C++
• Experience working with Python programming language
• Good knowledge about networking and Linux
• Good knowledge about Microservices
• Analytical mindset and ability to design complex systems

Nice to have:

• Having knowledge about Linux kernel space
• Have experience about shell scripting
• Having knowledge about Video Streaming Technologies (e.g MPEG2-TS, RTSP, ...)
