CAD & PDM Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

What You Do
Manage and maintain Product Data Management (PDM) servers, core applications, and enterprise infrastructure within the Product Design & Engineering (PDE) domain for leading clients like Kärcher.
Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support to resolve operational issues and ensure high availability.
Maintain and support vendor tools-including Seal (Plossys & DDD) and various CAD/engineering drawing converters.
Provide specialized application support for CAD environments, including Catia installations and configuration.
Execute application maintenance by applying service packs, patches, and hotfixes.
Manage CAD environments, Windows Shares, and Flex+ licensing software.
Who You Are
Passionate about IT applications, CAD software, and technical infrastructure support.
Experienced in supporting PDM systems, engineering software environments, or application management.
Proficient in tier-1/tier-2 application support, server maintenance, and system updates.
Familiar with Catia, CAD tools, Flex+, Windows Share environments, or similar engineering tools.
A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills (German or other languages are a plus
