💼 RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize multiple campaigns for major clients such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Thế Giới Di Động, Unilever, Highlands, etc.
Develop strategies for new industries and improve campaign performance to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Follow the optimization process: Data Analysis → Identify Problems → Build Improvement Plan → Propose to Client → Execute → Analyze Results.
Develop Affiliate Marketing strategies beyond traditional advertising channels to maximize campaign performance.
Negotiate with clients to achieve better campaign conditions for clients, Publishers and the company.
Work closely with Publisher Management, Customer Service, Technical and Marketing teams to manage campaigns effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with the goal of continuously improving campaign performance.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, especially Performance Marketing.
Good English is a must.
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
Good marketing mindset and basic understanding of commercial business.
Positive attitude and fast learner.
High sense of responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure, quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions.
