Mô tả công việc
- Strategizes campaign plan & initiatives for Always-On and Behavioral campaigns together with Category Specialist
- Creates & develops holistic monthly campaign plan together with Tactical Campaign Specialist
- Liaises with Category Specialist, Product, DM, SM, Creative teams to discuss the campaign plan, marketing visibility & exposure
- Creates learnings & new initiatives with Behavioral Campaign Executive
- In charge of the Behavioral Campaign Calendar & Request Tracker (Always On & Category Promo)
- SBD/BDE/Exclusive launch
- Leads the Campaign Executive to oversee daily execution on all the briefs, requesting assets (banner, LP, promotion, voucher settings, front-end looks), and alignments
- Evaluates the post-mortem report on every campaign that has been done (learnings, growth, initiatives) and suggests the next plans
Yêu cầu
- Beauty & Personal Care Industry Background (Beauty Brand preferable) and more than 2 years of E-com campaign or Brand Campaign
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Be able to work as a team player & individual to make sure to achieve the goal
- Work well under pressure
- Multitasking skills
- Passionate and strong knowledge about Beauty & Personal Care category
