Caspeco-Senior Backend .NET Dev .NET Core, C#, Azure

Caspeco is looking for a Senior backend .NET Engineer to work in our beautiful office in HANOI, VIETNAM.

Caspeco builds systems for the restaurant and experience industry. Our products consist of Booking, Cash Register, Staffing, and Analysis. The company today consists of around 150 employees serving 2500 customers in an organization where decision paths are short, every employee makes a difference, and new ideas and initiatives are rewarded.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems supporting customer frontends.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and data teams to create cohesive, impactful solutions.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices using C# and .NET Core.
• Design and improve the observability of our system and services.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, system reliability, and security.
• Present plans and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute and support the team in improving our software practices and processes to help excel even further.

Minimum requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in C# and .NET Core.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure App Services, Docker.
• Technical background with expertise in modern engineering practices.
• Solid understanding of system design principles and distributed architecture, enabling you to build scalable and reliable backend services.
• Strong experience in CI/CD practices and Github Action, Azure Devops, Terraform, Event driven systems.
• Experience in SQL Server, Mongo, Redis and Azure Storage account.
• Experience in RESTful APIs best practices.
• Excellent in verbal and written English.
