Sales & Enrollment Management
Develop and execute the center's business plan in alignment with the company's strategic direction, ensuring revenue targets and student enrollment growth are achieved.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen brand awareness within the center's target area.
Establish, manage, and continuously optimize student enrollment consultation and customer care processes.
Lead, train, coach, and monitor the Enrollment Consultant (EC) team to maximize sales performance and ensure service quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students; handle feedback and complaints effectively and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Financial Management & Reporting
Manage the center's operating budget and ensure costs are controlled effectively and efficiently.
Monitor and analyze business performance, revenue, enrollment, and overall center operating metrics.
Take overall responsibility for the center's revenue growth and profitability.
Prepare regular business and operational reports and recommend improvement initiatives to the Management Team.
3. Operations & People Management
Oversee and coordinate the center's day-to-day operations, ensuring a professional and high-quality learning environment.
Recruit, onboard, train, manage, and develop center staff, including ECs, teachers,
Customer Service staff, and other relevant positions.
Work closely with the Academic Team to ensure teaching quality and a positive student learning experience.
Manage facilities, classrooms, schedules, and other operational resources, ensuring compliance with company standards while supporting business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above; preferably in Business Administration, Education, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of management experience, including at least 2 years in the education/training industry.
Strong ability to develop business plans, analyze performance data, and manage revenue.
Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and people-development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proficiency in English and/or Chinese is an advantage.
Proactive, highly responsible, results-oriented, and passionate about education.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify problems, make decisions, and drive solutions.

Shift 1: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday:
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
