Project manager and collaborate with all stakeholders to build new digital/ ecom & other related platforms
Act as a key contact to work with Technical team/ vendors for all request from all internal departments, especially for sales/ orders/ inventory report extracting and product uploading/ listing...
Together with Ecom Manager and vendors to design and optimize UX/ UI according to customers' insight and brand guideline
Constantly evaluation to identify potential and risk to proactively take actions
Ensure current top payment methods are applicable to enhance user experience and conversion
Ensure all websites are legally registered with Ministry of Industry and Trade
Manage delivery agencies to achieve service level agreement & enhance customers experience.
Conduct training to end users
Project management for collaboration with affiliates, such as: AccessTrade, MasOffer, Adflex...
Support Ecom Manager to build SOPs & SLAs for Ecom team
Ensue to recruit right team members with given budget and build development plan for individual member with clear coaching and training plan.
Act as a Project Managet to build report templates to assist decision making process and strategy adjustment if necessary
Build and maintain good & professional relationship with all internal & external stakeholders
