Centre Operations Executive

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Collect, control and manage textbooks orders as well as inventories for centres in HCM regions.
Assist with updating reports/ documents as required for optimized accuracy and compliance.
Check the system to make sure the centres follow the regulations and compliance strictly
Create teachers recruitments on the systems and alert for unusual situations if any.
Assist Centre Operation Manager in KPIs management.
Provide coaching to partners/customers and staff.
Work with the IT department to fix the problems related to the system
Manage admin tasks of TPR products
Work closely with relevant functions/departments to run tasks smoothly
Enthusiastically perform all activities that are requested by ILA.

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications: University degree, preferably with a strong administration and operation management background.
Language: Excellent English
Computer: Great computing skills
Skills: Good negotiation and communication skills
