Mô tả công việc
• Assist the General Director in managing business operations and sales planning.
• Support the CEO in working with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Drafting documents, commercial papers, calculating sales price/costs, preparing quotations and export contracts.
• Making monthly/quarterly and yearly sales planning.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate and report business results.
• Other related administrative tasks.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in related fields. Marketing, Business Administration or law major are preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English, priority is given to candidates who are proficient in both languages
• Have experience in managing a sales department in a foreign manufacturing company, work with ERP system
• Fluent in computer skills, good use of MS Office software such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word...
• Sharp character, quick thinker, agile, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
