For the Citta Wellness Resort Hoà Bình project, where Unik Green is the main investor, the company aims to develop Citta Wellness Resort into a comprehensive wellness model (Holistic Wellness), integrating modern health care technology with the natural environment. Citta not only focuses on physical health recovery but also offers therapies to enhance mental well-being, with highly personalized services. With its location near Hanoi, Citta aims to become the ideal destination for short-term, high-quality wellness retreats.
With these goals in mind, Unik Green is seeking a team of Senior Assistants to support the CEO. The assistant team plays a key role in research, planning, sourcing and collaborating with partners, advising on the implementation strategy of the project, and the CEO Senior Assistant of Wellness position is a crucial role within this team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive wellness strategy for the Citta Wellness project, integrating Medical Wellness & Biohacking models. Implement advanced methodologies such as regenerative medicine, functional health care, and bio-optimization therapies to enhance physical performance and longevity.
2. Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with international wellness and medical wellness experts, regenerative medicine physicians, nutrition specialists, biohacking professionals, and premium service providers in therapeutic treatments, yoga, meditation, and health technology.
3. Conduct in-depth research and propose world-class wellness service models, including personalized health programs, IV therapy, stem cell treatments, physiotherapy, and cutting-edge biohacking technologies (e.g., NAD+ therapy, neurofeedback, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, AI-driven health tracking) to meet the demands of high-end clientele.
4. Establish and oversee the operational standards for Medical Wellness & Biohacking, ensuring services align with medical guidelines, therapeutic safety protocols, personalized health science principles, and five-star quality standards.
5. Develop collaborative processes among medical wellness teams, biohacking experts, wellness professionals, and operations departments to optimize service efficiency and elevate customer experience.
6. Advise the CEO on wellness strategies, proposing operational and long-term development plans, particularly in the fields of Medical Wellness, Holistic Wellness, and Biohacking, to drive innovation in premium health care.
