Mô tả công việc

Welcome and assist customers enthusiastically and professionally at the reception desk.
Provides detailed information on tours, attractions and local entertainment, customized to customers' preferences and interests.
Proactively sell and book tours, trips and activities, maximizing opportunities to increase revenue and achieve sales goals.
Resolve customer problems and complaints.
Perform other assigned tasks to support the front desk department and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly handle problems that arise during customers' use of services.
Linking with other departments in the hotel to improve service quality to better meet customer tastes.
Other tasks as requested by department heads and managers.

Yêu cầu

Graduated from high school majoring in tourism or hotel or higher
Love the hotel industry, love working in hotels.
Good conversational English.
Agile, honest.
2 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or similar position, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry.
Knowledge of tourist attractions, tours and the tourism industry.
Proficient in using reservation and tour booking systems.
Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
Have a progressive spirit and long-term commitment to the Company. Priority is given to candidates with experience working at 4-star hotels or higher.
