Answer questions, complaints through online chat tools on e-commerce platforms.
Customer care after sale.
Check customer returned orders.
Provide product information and support policies to customers in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
Other tasks as required by management.
Yêu cầu
1 year of work experience in customer service on Ecommerce Channel: Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Tiktok platforms.
Enthusiastic, honest and responsible.
Willing to listen, advise, and answer customers' questions.
Proficient in office.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Can communicate by English or Chinese.
