Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per menu standards
Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
Coordinate with kitchen staff and operations team
Monitor kitchen inventory and food storage
Maintain cleanliness and organized workstations
Salary: ₹43,000 - ₹47,000 INR Per Month
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef/Cook
Knowledge of Chinese sauces, noodles, rice dishes, and stir-fry preparation
Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering kitchens preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic English communication preferred
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
