📌 Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting, financial reporting, taxation and compliance
Control manufacturing costs, inventory and profit margins
Manage budgeting, cash flow and working capital
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a management role within a manufacturing company
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, manufacturing costing and financial control
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Good command of English
