Financial Control: Oversee daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and cash flow management
Compliance: Ensure tax filings, statutory reports, and adherence to accounting standards
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, and consolidated report
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare transfer pricing reports
Costing: Costing, pricing analysis for management purposes
Budgeting: Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting
Leadership:
- Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Manage accounting staff, provide training, and ensure efficiency
- Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and investments
- Must stay updated with evolving tax and accounting laws
- Personally liable for accuracy of financial reports in Vietnam and consolidated reports
- Coordinate with departments, provide guidance and instructions, and establish procedures for departments to follow
- Responsible to and directly assigned by the company's management board
