Mô tả công việc
1. Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
• Approve all financial transactions entered into the accounting system.
• Prepare and validate adjustment entries beyond the responsibility of accounting staff.
• Oversee accounting modules such as unearned revenue, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, bank loans, and interest.
• Develop budget plans and propose solutions to ensure effective cash flow management.
• Evaluate operational costs to ensure economic efficiency and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maximize yearly loan repayment based on revenue, costs, cash flow, and tax policies.
• Prepare reports on oversea loans in the SBV system.
• Manage petty cash and operational bank transactions.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations related to accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Manage tax-related issues and ensure timely tax reporting and payments.
• Review and finalize financial reports, provide necessary documentation, explain findings to auditors, and report to management to issue the audited annual reports.
Human Resources & Administrative Management
• Oversee HR functions, including payroll, timesheets, social insurance, recruitment, employee evaluation, and KPI development.
• Conduct annual employee evaluations and propose solutions for senior management.
• Develop and implement departmental regulations and operational procedures.
• Execute management tasks to improve the operational efficiency of the department.
• Manage the company's database.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
• Deep understanding of VAS, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g FAST).
Soft Skills:
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess financial outcomes.
• Ability to manage taxation and government bodies.
