JOB SUMMARY
Ensure that the medical expertise of the hospital meets the needs of the hospital's development and meets the regulations, processes and regulations of the industry.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee clinical and paraclinical operations and medical teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and standardization of medical examination and treatment.
Manage medical staff competency, professional councils, protocols, and clinical governance.
Develop new medical services and techniques aligned with hospital strategy.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, and Hoan My standards.
Coordinate medical emergencies, interdepartmental collaboration, and Group-level professional initiatives.
Work location: As assigned by Hoan My Group.
JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
Medical Doctor with a valid Medical Practice License.
Postgraduate qualification (Specialist Level II, Master's Degree, Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent), preferably in Hospital Management or Business Administration.
Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in senior medical leadership.
Strong competencies in leadership, strategic planning, clinical governance, quality management, and decision-making.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Strong professional medical expertise, aligned with the Hoan My leadership and core competency framework.
Knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting.
