Chief of Staff (Ho Chi Minh City)
We are looking for an experienced operator to work closely with the CEO of a multi-business technology platform. You will help turn strategy into execution across business units, track performance, remove operational bottlenecks and prepare clear recommendations for leadership decisions.
What you will do:
Follow up on business models, KPIs and key initiatives across business units.
Work with leaders to resolve cross-functional issues and improve processes.
Analyse market and product opportunities; prepare decision materials for the CEO and board.
Connect teams to support execution and cross-selling.
What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience, including 3-6 years in strategy consulting, operations, transformation or senior PMO roles.
Hands-on operational experience in at least two of these areas: FMCG, fintech/financial products and digital platforms.
Strong KPI design, analytical thinking and executive-level communication.
Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and driving change through complex teams.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City | Full-time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Negotiable | Growth path toward COO
