To oversee the entire hospital group and give proper instruction and support.
Develop a competitive marketing strategy and lead our marketing team.
Lead the heads of hospitals and clinics.
Support back-office functions to work efficiently.
Drive the process of mid-term planning and annual budget, monitor the progress, identify issues, and report them to the BOD.
Provide guidance and support required by the Board of Directors.
Improve compliance, control company costs and introduce tactical initiatives.
Identify market demand, identify functions to be strengthened in the hospital, and carry out a series of tasks including implementation planning, execution, and review.
Build a long-term organizational culture that embodies and promotes the common action guidelines set forth by the Group.
Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field required.
At least 15 years of extensive experience in an operational leadership role in healthcare environment working.
Having experience as a CEO or COO of a private hospital, or 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry or position.
Experience in management consulting for hospitals and implementing facility reforms from a management perspective is also suitable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong leadership skills at all organizational levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
