Mô tả công việc
1. Translation of Chinese Courses
- Responsible for bilingual (Chinese-Vietnamese) translation of course materials, ensuring accuracy and natural expression.
Proofread and refine translated content, particularly professional terminology, to ensure clarity and quality in the instructional materials.
2. On-site Filming Support & Interpretation
- Assist the filming team with on-site communication by providing Chinese-Vietnamese interpretation support.
- Translate simple scripts and coordinate shooting scenes to ensure accurate and effective information delivery.
- Document and transcribe key content from filming sessions (e.g., interviews, voiceovers) to support post-production needs.
3. Customer Messaging in Private Domain Channels
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing questions about products and courses to enhance service responsiveness.
- Maintain customer relationships by regularly sharing event updates or learning materials to encourage engagement.
- Compile FAQs and refine standardized response templates to improve communication efficiency.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chinese Language Studies or related fields.
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt well; detail-oriented, committed, with a high sense of responsibility, strong work ethics, and good teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills, flexible and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel for business when required.
