Responsibilities
Own chip development workflows such as integration, or source control and review.
Create software solutions that improve the hardware design process through automation.
Work with Chip teams on projects, prototype and then deploy tools to make a positive impact on Google's chip hardware development methodology.
Develop CAD solutions including flow automation, dashboarding, and writing documentation.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with industry-standard tools, languages and methodologies relevant to the development of silicon-based ICs and chips.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with common Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
Knowledge of object oriented programming.
Ability to write and understand SystemVerilog register transfer level (RTL) code.
Excellent software skills and design practices.
