Job Description:
Manage revenue, cost, and profit performance across multiple dimensions, including products, customer segments, and business models.
Develop regular and ad-hoc reporting systems, including in-depth analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, assess business benefits from different perspectives, and provide insights to support effective decision-making by business units and departments.
Forecast business performance by period for assigned business units and business areas, covering both revenue and costs.
Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, business models, projects, and other initiatives.
Extract and conduct in-depth analysis of data from financial data systems, and provide reports and insights to the Bank's senior management and the Finance & Accounting Division's leadership.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the leadership of the Finance & Accounting Division.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Auditing, Banking, or a related field, with a minimum GPA/classification equivalent to Good. Strong understanding of financial management is required; knowledge of banking products and operations is preferred.
International professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
English proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or above, or an equivalent certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, VBA, BI tools, data visualization, dashboard development, and related analytical tools.
At least 7 years of professional experience, preferably in FP&A, Business Finance (BF), financial/business analysis roles at large corporations, banks, or financial institutions, or in financial advisory and auditing.
