Talent Outreach & Acquisition (Core Responsibility)

Continuously discover KOLs/KOCs that match the brand's tone across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee; initiate contact and drive collaborations.
Build and manage a tiered talent matrix based on brand product lines (e.g., charging accessories, phone screen protectors, and other 3C categories); establish a reusable talent database.
Focus on the current top priority - "rapid scaling": steadily onboard a set number of new creators each month, and achieve promotional targets by phase.

Business Negotiation & Deal Execution

Independently manage the entire commercial process from price inquiry, schedule alignment, sample tracking, to script communication.
Conduct basic review of contract terms. Proficiently use contract templates; identify and respond to requests for changes to core terms such as exclusivity periods, content usage rights, and delivery timelines; escalate risks to supervisors when necessary.

Talent Relationship Management & Managed Operations

Maintain long-term relationships with signed creators, regularly update product information, and assist them in consistently producing high-quality content.
Proactively provide content direction suggestions, trending format references, and copywriting optimization tips to help creators improve the conversion performance of their promotional videos.
Pay attention to creators' day-to-day operational needs (sample resupply, commission inquiries, feedback responses) to ensure smooth collaboration.

Data Review & Strategy Optimization

Track core campaign metrics: reach, response rate. Regularly review performance of published creators, including GMV, conversion rate, views, and engagement rate; identify high-performing creators and those needing optimization.
Stay updated on TikTok content trends, popular formats, and competitor movements; generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
Continuously update the talent database, applying tag-based management by tier, category, and performance to ensure resources are reusable and quantifiable.

Yêu cầu

2-3 years of relevant experience in talent BD or MCN collaboration; experience in the mobile accessories category is preferred.
Familiar with the creator ecosystems of TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.; understand the content characteristics and audience psychology of different types of KOLs/KOCs. Possess a certain amount of established talent resources, or have channels and methods for rapidly discovering creators (from public platform ranking lists to community sourcing).
Have content sensitivity (able to optimize content, provide script guidance, and leverage TikTok trends).
Proficient in Chinese (Above HSK4) is a plus.
