Monitoring and maintaining all quality functions of assigned modules in order to ensure all the processes and product are in the accepted standards complying with customer requirement by fulfilling the company mission and objectives.
1. Assuring the expected quality standards from present output long term.
2. Having a smooth flow of work and minimized inefficiencies by doing things right first time in quality conscious environment.
3. Controlled the levels of defects and minimized failure cost by highly motivated quality team
4. Satisfy the customers by providing excellent quality and on time deliveries regularly.
5. Getting on time feedbacks from customers and third parties regarding the styles produced in reliable manner.
6. Having a motivated and highly skill full work force with strong bottom line to drive continuous improvement.
