- Sử dụng phần mềm Smile để quản lý đặt phòng, cập nhật thông tin khách và tình trạng phòng.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (lễ tân, buồng phòng, kinh doanh) để đảm bảo dịch vụ diễn ra suôn sẻ.
- Cập nhật, theo dõi và lưu trữ hồ sơ đặt phòng, hợp đồng, báo cáo doanh thu.

Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình đặt phòng, thay đổi hoặc hủy đặt phòng.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Receive, process, and confirm booking requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Check room availability and update the reservation system daily.
- Use Smile software to manage reservations, update guest information, and monitor room status.
- Coordinate with related departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales) to ensure smooth operations.
- Update, track, and file reservation records, contracts, and revenue reports.
- Assist guests with booking modifications or cancellations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Du lịch, Khách sạn, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 6 tháng - 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí tương đương là lợi thế.
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (Word, Excel, Outlook) và phần mềm Smile.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt, cẩn thận, trung thực và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

- College or University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smile hotel management software.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
