a. Project Coordination:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks according to project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and update project status reports as needed.
• Ensure timeline and quality of the furniture products (follow checklists and guidelines).
b. Communication:
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports.
c. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Prepare and review project contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents.
• Monitor project budgets and assist with financial reporting.
d. Customer Service:
• Receive and resolve client concerns from
Business development team promptly and professionally.
• Provide support to Business development team in managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
e. Administrative Support:
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing project-related correspondence.
• Organize and maintain project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the furniture or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Loose Furniture field is a plus.
