1. Project Coordination
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks according to project timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress and update project status reports as needed.
Ensure timeline and quality of the furniture products (follow checklists and guidelines).
2. Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
Facilitate effective communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports.
3. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
Prepare and review project contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents.
Monitor project budgets and assist with financial reporting.
4. Customer Service:
Receive and resolve client concerns from
Business development team promptly and professionally.
Provide support to Business development team in managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
5. Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing project-related correspondence.
Organize and maintain project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
