Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Conduct in-depth analysis of staffing needs, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage end-to-end follow-up for every position.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-impact recruitment channels; strategically leverage each to source and secure top-tier talent critical to business growth.
Contract & Personnel Management
- Draft, review, and finalize employment contracts, appendices, and personnel-related documents with precision and legal compliance.
- Proactively track contract timelines and ensure seamless, policy-compliant renewals.
- Compile, validate, and report monthly attendance data across departments for leadership review.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant personnel records.
- Resolve employee inquiries and disputes related to payroll, bonuses, and allowances promptly and fairly.
- Analyze compensation data, benchmark against market trends, and recommend competitive salary, bonus, and benefits adjustments.
- Administer employee insurance programs and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration and productivity.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage incoming/outgoing official correspondence, documentation, and administrative archives with confidentiality and efficiency.
- Execute additional administrative responsibilities as directed by leadership.
Yêu cầu
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience, with proven expertise in Recruitment and Generalist HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools, social media.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Agile, energetic, honest, and highly responsible in work.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Good command of English in communication and work.
- Possess a personal computer for work.

Preferred Requirements (Bonus):
- Understanding of the Blockchain and Crypto market.
- Experience in recruiting personnel in the Crypto field.
