Mô tả công việc
Support the operation and development of new functions for FRM software (farmer relationship management)
Assist in operating agricultural
purchasing processes on the system.
Support the operation of preliminary processing stages on the system.
Monitor and manage integration flows between the system and modules including PP, QM, MM, WMS, and EO.
Gather requirements and propose solutions for non-core applications.
Execute change management by developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing user support.
Participate in new projects in the role of
Business Analyst (BA).
Report and perform tasks as assigned by the ITBP Manager.
Yêu cầu
College or University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project implementation and software operations.
Deep understanding of business processes, industry characteristics, and best practices in the relevant field.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
