About the Role
We are looking for a
General Ledger Specialist
to
support accounting operations, financial reconciliation, tax declarations, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Operations
Verify accounting entries and ensure all monthly postings
are accurate and complete.
Review
fixed asset entries, depreciation, payroll, accruals, reversals, revenue, expenses, AR, AP, and intercompany transactions.
Monitor
internal debts with related companies and employee debts.
Collect, archive, and secure accounting documents
to ensure data completeness and confidentiality.
2. Tax, Reporting & Compliance
Calculate taxes and prepare tax declarations,
including VAT, CIT, and other relevant taxes.
Compile accounting data
and prepare reports when required.
Provide documents and data to
tax authorities, auditors, and inspectors when requested.
Ensure accounting records
comply with company policies, accounting procedures, and tax regulations.
3. Reconciliation & Closing Support
Reconcile financial discrepancies
by collecting and analyzing account information.
Ensure reconciliation between
detailed accounting data and summarized accounting records.
Support
month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with AR/AP-related tasks
when needed, including goods return invoices, logistics fee reconciliation, and billing discrepancy investigation.
Key Requirements
Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in General Ledger
, Accounting, Finance, or similar roles.
Experience with tax declaration, reconciliation, accruals, fixed assets, or intercompany transactions is preferred.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, healthcare, or high-volume transaction businesses is a plus.
