Monitor and check the payment and advance of expenses for the
purchasing of construction materials based on the approved internal estimate.
+ Kiểm tra, kiểm soát việc tạm ứng, thanh quyết toán với nhà thầu.
Inspect and control the advance and settlement payment with contractors.
+ Kiểm tra, theo dõi các khoản tạm ứng, hoàn ứng của cán bộ
công nhân viên.
Inspect and monitor the advances and reimbursements of employees.
+ Kiểm tra, theo dõi lương nhân công tại công trường.
Inspect and monitor the wage of workers at the site.
+ Kiểm tra nhập xuất tồn. Đối chiếu sổ sách với
thủ kho.
Inspect inventory records. Reconcile the books with the warehouse manager.
+ Lập kế hoạch thanh toán cho Nhà cung cấp, nhà thầu phụ, đội nhân công, nhân viên theo tiến độ thi công, hợp đồng, và thời hạn thanh toán.
Make payment plans for suppliers, subcontractors, labor teams, and employees based on the construction schedules, contracts, and payment deadlines.
+ Kiểm tra và phân tích song song với hợp đồng kinh tế đã ký kết nhằm để đối chiếu chi phí.
Inspect and analyze alongside the signed economic contract to compare costs.
+ Thực hiện kiểm tra dự toán nội bộ về số lượng, đơn gía, thành tiền và các khoản phí khác liên quan đến từng hạng mục công trình.
Conduct internal estimates inspection regarding quantities, unit prices, total amounts, and other related fees for each construction item.
- Tốt nghiệp cử nhân chuyên ngành Tài chính Kế toán, ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí tương đương.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài chính kế toán tại các công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
Experienced in working in the finance and accounting field within companies operating in related sectors.
- Đọc - hiểu được bảng dự toán công trình, quyết toán công trình để so sánh được giữa dự toán và thực tế có gì khác biệt.
Capable of reading and understanding construction estimates and project settlements to compare the differences between estimates and actual figures.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng: Excel, Word, Power Point.
Proficient in office computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán Fast, Misa, ERP
