Job Description
Manage and service the existing portfolio of Corporate and Large Institutional Clients (CIB), while identifying and developing new clients.
Implement business development programs, products, and policies of the Branch/CIB Division to clients.
Conduct pre- and post-disbursement credit monitoring and supervision in compliance with approved processes and product regulations.
Monitor and supervise the use of funds by clients with credit relationships (guarantees, loans, letters of credit).
Execute initiatives to enhance service quality for CIB clients, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance-Banking, Accounting-Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
Preference given to candidates with at least 01 year of experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
Solid knowledge and understanding of the Finance-Banking industry and banking products/services.
Strong corporate financial analysis skills.
Good business development and communication skills.
Foreign language requirement: TOEIC score of 450 or above, or equivalent certification.
