Checking on sample whilst in process
Reviewing final fit on dummy before being dispatched - with the assistant design manager
Support the Assistant Manager / Senior Design Manager to ensure constant interaction and seasonal feeds are proposed to the customer on time stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh ideas and approaches into design projects.
Giving direction to the graphic designers on the artworks that they need to work on for the styles or strikeoffs - with the guidance of the Direct manager
Liasing with & Ordering fabrics / trims for the relevant season based on the seasonal proposals proactively - with the guidance of the direct manager
Building relationships with the suppliers (ie fabric trims emb print wash) in ensuring seasonal feeds
Ensure Boardroom setups are Customer specific & the prep prior to the meeting is done - Including co-ordinating with factories and Merch teams to bring down the samples relevant for the visit
Guiding & developing the designers & interns
Excellent relationship is maintained with all internal and external parties to ensure customer satisfaction and
Foster a positive & Collaborative work environment within the Design team and with the multiple stakeholders.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
