JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote public speaking training programs and workshops,
targeting both individual clients and corporate clients.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to
effectively communicate the value proposition of our training programs.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to manage social media accounts, website content, and email
marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for
differentiation in the public speaking training industry.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and guest speakers to plan and execute marketing events,
webinars, and workshops to attract prospective clients and showcase our expertise.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, organizations, and influencers to expand
our network and reach new audiences.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion
rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future strategies.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to management on marketing activities, results, and
recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and public
speaking training to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote training programs effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing
messages and presentations.
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging marketing materials and campaigns.
Analytical skills to interpret data, assess marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external
stakeholders.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and
analytics tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering
high-quality work.
