1. Product Strategy and Ideation:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
Develop product concepts aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
2. Product Development and Execution:
Collaborate with R&D to develop formulations and packaging solutions.
Ensure product feasibility, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
3. Go-To-Market and Commercialization:
Conduct product trials, gather feedback, and refine products before launch.
Collaborate with Finance team to calculate price
Develop label design, and marketing initiatives to support commercialization.
4. Project Management and Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive product development.
Collaborate to develop products, address technical requirements based on B2B clients` feedbacks.
Manage timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure efficient execution.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track product performance and market reception.
Optimize product concept, formulations, or marketing based on insights.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in new product development, preferably in FMCG, B2B.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research data, market dynamics, and consumer trends effectively
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and finance teams.
Experience working with international clients, private label solutions, and bulk supply.
Strong understanding of market regulations, certifications, and sustainability standards.
Excellent communication (both Vietnamese and English) and project management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making and multitasking skills
