Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide legal support related to the company's operations and its overseas subsidiaries (Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S., etc.).
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the company's business activities.
Handle administrative procedures related to business licenses and legalization of documents in accordance with the company's international business operations.
Provide legal advice, identify and assess business risks; represent or coordinate with government authorities when necessary.
Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in commercial or corporate law, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Experience in international investment and registration procedures.
Prior experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Legal Consulting companies is an advantage.
Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5)
Strong research, analytical, and legal interpretation skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and positive attitude.
