* TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA BẠN
- Tìm nguồn và phát triển chất liệu mũ giày theo yêu cầu của bộ sưu tập
- Theo dõi quá trình phát triển chất liệu với nhà cung cấp
- Phối hợp phê duyệt và thử nghiệm chất liệu
- Hỗ trợ sản xuất nguyên mẫu và mẫu thử
- Giám sát tiến độ phát triển và đảm bảo đáp ứng thời hạn
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các nhóm Quản lý Sản phẩm, Thiết kế và Kỹ thuật

- As an international footwear company with its development center in Da Nang, Vietnam, we are looking for a Material Development Specialist to strengthen our material development team.
- In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Design and suppliers to ensure the successful sourcing and development of materials for our footwear collections.
* YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and develop upper materials according to collection requirements
- Follow up material developments with suppliers
- Coordinate material approvals and testing
- Prepare and maintain development documentation
- Organize material libraries and development samples
- Support prototype and sample production
- Monitor development timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design and Technical teams
- Bằng cấp về Giày dép, Dệt may, Chất liệu hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan, hoặc kinh nghiệm chuyên môn tương đương
- Phong cách làm việc chú trọng chi tiết
- Chủ động, đáng tin cậy và có trách nhiệm

- Cởi mở, tò mò và ham học hỏi
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng
tiếng Anh- Khả năng phối hợp nhiều dự án phát triển cùng lúc
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office

- Degree in Footwear, Textiles, Materials or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Proactive, reliable and takes ownership
- Works independently and thinks ahead
- Open-minded, curious and eager to learn
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to coordinate multiple developments simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
